How it works
When you donate any amount to sadaqah jariyah waqf today, it is pooled in a Sharia-compliant fund. Within one year of your donation, your waqf generates profit that will go towards supporting sadaqah jariyah projects such as tailoring training, water wells, or olive trees. We purchase an asset that will provide profit, but even before your asset is purchased, your waqf donation gets to work. Since our inception in 2023, we’ve purchased three properties and we aim to continue purchasing.
Today!
You donate any amount to Sadaqah Jariyah waqf.
Investment
We pool and invest your donation, earning an average 7% yearly return
Each year
80% of profits go towards supporting sadaqah jariyah projects such as tailoring training, water wells, or olive trees.
Reinvestment
10% is reinvested to create more income and impact, and 10% is used to maintain your waqf
Sadaqah Jariyah waqf
No minimum – You can start with any amount – whether £3 or £3,000, your donation is pooled, invested, and turned into something greater. Even £3 can create change when you join with others. If you can’t build a school alone, let’s build one together.

What support will I provide?
Our projects are delivered in partnership with Human Appeal who have over 30 years’ experience of development projects. Their sadaqah jariyah projects include:

Sustainable clean water through wells, filtration systems, and water pumps.
Olive and coffee trees for farmers
Livelihood training and equipment for mothers and fathers
Building and equipping classrooms
Providing medical equipment and tools
Solar-powered lighting and systems in rural schools, clinics and homes
Why direct your waqf to sadaqah jariyah?
Rolling need – Buildings age, wells need maintenance, books get old. Your waqf helps to renew and replenish these, without ever touching your original waqf investment; all projects are funded entirely by profits.
Built to grow – Every year, 10% of your waqf’s profit is reinvested to keep growing your impact year after year.
A sunnah of the Messenger ﷺ
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Among the good deeds that will reach a believer after his death are: knowledge which he taught and spread, a righteous child he left behind, a copy of the Qur’an that he passed on, a mosque he built, a house he built for a traveller, a stream he caused to flow, or charity that he gave from his wealth during his lifetime while he was in good health all of these will continue to benefit him after his death.
